1. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13

For that reason, the Company does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information or non-personally-identifiable information from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of our website or applications is directed to persons under 13. This location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and is used by Company and/or its Affiliated Partners to provide and improve location-based products and Services. For example, we may share geographic location data with our corporate and other retail donors in order to support our distributions of contributed funds to particular recipient schools.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Among our primary goals in collecting information is to provide you with a customized experience when visiting our site and to make our site more valuable to you as well as our participating merchants and charitable organizations. 7. PERFORMANCE AND ANALYTICS COOKIES
We use performance and analytics cookies to analyze how you use the Website, including which pages and videos you view most often, measure any errors that occur and test different design ideas. The information is used to report and evaluate your activities and patterns as a user of the Website to provide Services in accordance with these activities. These cookies do not collect information that individually identifies you and all information these cookies collect is aggregated and anonymous.
